    How do I pay for my shuttle?

    All online bookings are paid for in advance by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) on our secure website. You just need to print off the confirmation email and give it to your driver when you board the bus. Alternatively cash, MasterCard or Visa can be paid directly to your driver when you board the bus.

    How much do children pay?

    Do you provide child/baby seats?

    Yes, we do provide baby seats (forward and rear facing), baby capsules, booster seats (upon request) for all transfers.

    How far in advance do I have to book?

    We recommend you book at least 48 hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process your request and that there are sufficient seats left on the bus. However, we will at all times endeavour to accommodate any last minute requests.

    What if I need to cancel my reservation?

    Cancellations can be made 24 hours in advance either online or through phone at 1300 505 100. Cancellations made within 12 hours of travel will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 4 hours of travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

    How do I find you at the airport?

    Meeting point on Sydney international airport

    • International terminal T1 shuttle meeting point is near McDonalds. Turn right after you exit from customs and walk towards McDonalds where your driver will meet you.

    Meeting point on Sydney domestic airport

    • Domestic terminals T2 and T3 shuttle meeting point is Carousel 5.

    Please turn on your mobile phone as soon as you are able so that your driver can make contact with you.

    Why do I need to call if I have already pre-booked?

    Our office staff will track your aircraft’s progress through the airport website. In the case of domestic flights please allow 30 minutes to collect your luggage, and for international flights please allow an hour to collect luggage and clear customs. It is important that you call us if your flight has arrived early or is departing late, or if you are delayed in customs, this will enable us to place you on the appropriate bus.

    What are your opening hours?

    Our telephone reservation service and office is open every day of the year from 7am until 10:30pm. Our buses run from 03:00am to 11:00pm (20 hours a day). Bookings can be made on line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    What if your office is closed when I arrive at the airport?

    If the office is closed when you call, please follow the instructions in the recorded message or on your voucher to find your driver. Your driver will be at the designated meeting point or will be waiting in a holding bay at the airport. Please turn on your mobile phone as soon as you are able so that the driver can make contact with you.

    What if my flight is delayed?

    Our shared transfer buses leave the airport at the top of the hour. If your flight is early we will endeavour to put you on an earlier bus, if your flight is delayed we will put you on the next available bus. If you have booked a private transfer our driver will be in touch with you soon after you land and arrange to meet you as you clear customs at the international terminal or as you collect your luggage at the domestic terminal.

    What do your vehicles look like?

    Our Shared Shuttle vehicles are white with our red and black logo displayed prominently on the vehicle.

    All our buses are air conditioned and non-smoking.

    How do I know what time you will pick me up to go to the airport?

    Your pick-up time will be indicated at confirmation of your booking. Domestic passengers will arrive at the airport 1 hour prior to departure. International passengers 2-3 hours prior to departure. An sms text confirmation will be sent to you the evening prior giving you your shuttle’s phone number. However, it is important that you call us should any of your flight details or other information change.

    Where are your pick up and drop off points?

    We operate a door-to-door service. We will pick you up from the terminal you arrive at and take you to the door of your address in Sydney. On departure we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal your flight leaves from.

    How long does it take to get to the airport?

    The journey time depends on the traffic and your pick up address in Sydney. The standard journey commences 2 hours from the airport and makes up to 5 or 6 passenger stops along the way.

    How much luggage can I take in the shuttle?

    You may take one regular sized suitcase and one item of hand luggage free of charge. For any extra or unusual luggage, we may ask you to pay a supplement. Please contact us for any further information. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for further information.

    What time does the bus leave the airport?

    Our buses leave the airport precinct at the top of each hour (between 10 minutes to and 10 minutes after the hour). This allows for airport traffic and luggage delays.
